RESETTING THE OVERHEATING PROTECTOR
(GT2:1 AND GT2:2)
If the heating coil stops working, it may be due to overheating
protector GT2:1/GT2:2 being triggered.
The overheating protector is located in the upper part of
the unit behind the power hatch, and is reset as follows:
1. Turn off the power by switching off the main (operating)
switch.
2.
Look for the cause of the protector being triggered
and fix the fault.
The cause may be an electrical fault or
poor air circulation (blocked filter).
3. Remove the upper screws on the filter hatch. Remove the
four screws on the power hatch and open it. The overheating
protectors are located at the top behind the hatch. Press the
reset button.
4.
Replace the power hatch. Close the filter hatch and tighten
the screws.
Repairs/spare parts
In case of extensive repairs, please contact your distributor.
NOTE! During the warranty period, always contact
the distributor before performing a repair.
When ordering spare parts, always state:
• Type
• Serial number
Information on type can be found on the upper row of the
dehumidifier’s type plate.
The serial number is underneath the bar code on the
dehumidifier’s type plate.
The type place is at the top of the left side of the dehumidifier.

TRANSPORTATION
The dehumidifier must always be transported upright.
The dehumidifier may not be transported on a trailer behind a passenger car.
SCRAPPING
Take the dehumidifier to a recycling station according to state or local regulations. In Sweden, the dehumidifier is covered
by the El-kretsen collection and recycling rules.
WARRANTY
El-Björn AB’s products and deliveries are regulated by Standard Agreement NL09. Under these provisions, El-Björn AB is
responsible for faults arising within one year after delivery.
The provisions of NL09 also apply for professional parties who register according to the instructions below, although with
the following modification:
El-Björn AB is liable for faults arising within five years after delivery (only applicable to products registered on the website).
In other respects, the provisions of NL09 apply.
To obtain this extended warranty, you must register within 14 days after purchasing the products.
