-Thereissomeinfrareddevicenearthemonitor.
-Thereissomeobstacleinfrontofthesensor.
• Checkwhetheranydirtonthesensor.Cleanthe
sensorwithasoftcloth.
• Checkwhetheryouareinfrontofthemonitor.The
infraredrayisemittedverticallyfromthesensorto
detectaperson.
4. The monitor connected with the USB cable
is not detected. / USB devices connected
to the monitor does not work.
• CheckwhethertheUSBcableisconnectedcorrectly
(see
“7-3.MakingUseofUSB(UniversalSerialBus)”
).
• ChangetheUSBporttoanotherone.IfthePCor
peripheraldevicesworkscorrectlybychangingthe
USBport,contactyourlocaldealer.(Refertothe
manualofthePCfordetails.)
• RebootthePC.
• IftheperipheraldevicesworkcorrectlywhenthePC
andperipheraldevicesareconnecteddirectly,please
contactyourlocaldealer.
• CheckwhetherthePCandOSareUSBcompliant.
