10. Troubleshooting
If the equipment is operated properly you should experience no problems with malfunctions or faults.
In the event of any malfunctions or faults, please check the following before you contact your customer
services.

The equipment
does not heat
- The power plug is not connected
- The main switch is not turned on
- The equipment is in standby mode
or the antifreeze function is active
- The thermostat is set too low
- The overheating guard has trigge-
red
- Connect the power plug
- Turn on the main switch
- Set the heat output
(1000 W / 2000 W)
- Increase the temperature (°C)
