TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Charger doesn’t work. #3
LED flashes RED or all the
LEDs turn off.
Battery pack or charger
is defective or bad
connection between
the battery pack and
charger.
1. Try to remove and
reinsert the battery plug
in the charger.
2. Try charging a different
battery pack.
3. Unplug and reattach
the charger with
the electrical outlet,
referring to the section
“DEFECTIVE BATTERY
PACK OR CHARGER”
in
this manual.
Switching on or off
of the charger is too
frequent.
Unplug the charger
and wait at least 30s
until all LEDs turn off
and then reconnect
the charger with the
electrical outlet.
Charger doesn’t work and
#3 LED shines red.
Battery pack is too hot
or too cold.
Allow the battery
pack to reach normal
temperature. Charging
will begin when
battery pack returns to
37°F(3°C)-135°F(57°C).
