PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Charger does not work
and first LED indicator
flashes red.
The charger’s fan is
blocked or defective.
Unplug the charger, shake
the charger slightly,
and then reconnect the
charger between the
power supply and the
mower to see whether
the charger fan works
normally. If it does not
work, call EGO Customer
Service.
Charger does not work
and all LED indicators are
off.

Bad connection
between the battery
pack and mower.

The charger is
defective.
◾
Try to remove and
reinsert the battery
pack in the mower.
◾
Unplug the charger
and then reconnect
the plug to the power
supply. If it does
not work, call EGO
