Using the E-36A
The following user interfaces are available for the E-36A:
•
Fiery Advanced Controller Interface (FACI)
•
Fiery QuickTouch on the front of the E-36A
Fiery QuickTouch is a seven-inch LCD color touch screen interface for the E-36A.

The printer operation panel (see

You can access the FACI from the following devices:
•
Fiery NX One Station monitor (optional)
•
Printer operation panel (see
)
•
Windows client computer using Remote Desktop Connection.
Note:
For information about how to use Remote Desktop Connection on your local Windows client computer,
refer to the Windows Help.
Fiery Ticker
When you access the FACI, Fiery Ticker automatically starts showing the status bar.

You can perform the following tasks using the Fiery Ticker:
•
Monitor the activities of the E-36A and printer using the Fiery Notes.
•
Manage the E-36A by using Command WorkStation or WebTools
•
Shut down, restart, or reboot the E-36A
