5. Setup
5.1 Installation
Being light-weight, the IRXP can be installed almost anywhere along the outside plant. It
is strand-mountable, and can safely be left without surveillance. the IRXP is non service
affecting when connected to a test point: on an optical node, an amplifier test point or a tap
entry port.
The IRXP can be used in multiple scenarios: along the outside plant, within a Multi-Dwelling
unit (MDU) or as a home wiring certification tool.
