CARE & MAINTENANCE

Important information

•

We recommend storing your carry cot indoors to avoid

corrosion.

•

NEVER get the mattress inner foam wet.  If this gets wet, replace

the mattress only with an approved Edwards & Co mattress.

•

To clean the mattress lining or cot lining, we recommend a warm

wash (30 degress) in a normal wash (for front loaders) or gentle

wash (for top loaders).

•

We recommend cleaning the canopy and outer material with a

damp sponge and mild detergent.

•

We recommend regular inspection and maintenance of locking

devices and security of essential components.

•

Regularly check all parts for wear and tear. NEVER clean with

abrasive, ammonia-based, bleach-based or spirit-based cleaners.

•

Avoid sun exposure for long periods to prevent fading and

damage to the fabric.

•

Avoid submersing the product in salt water.

•

NEVER wring any fabrics.

•

Dry thoroughly before storage.

•

Store in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight which

could damage or fade your carry cot.

•

Store in a safe place when it is not being used. Avoid placing

heavy objects on top of it.

•

NEVER allow the carry cot to come into contact with corrosive

substances such as battery acid or petroleum products.
