ASSEMBLING THE LATERAL TILES (
Ŏ

• Remove the rear panel (27).
for the FUJI model (

• Fit the ceramic tiles (114-115) onto the plates (6).
• Insert 2 silicone spacers (150) in the back part between the
cast-iron base and the lower right tile (115) see part. Y -
Ŏ
g. 4.
• For correct fastening of the upper right side ceramic tile and
the lower left side ceramic tile use the stop adjustment screws
located on the zinc-plated sides of the structure (Illustr. 5-6)
• Right-hand side (Illustr. 5): adjust the
Ŏ
xing screw abutted
against the upper right side ceramic tile (114).
• Left-hand side (Illustr. 6): remove the upper left ceramic tile
(115) and adjust the
Ŏ
xing screw abutted against the lower left
side ceramic tile (114).
• Replace the upper left ceramic tile (115).

• Fit the ceramic tiles (70) onto the plates (6)
NOTE: Being made through a process of casting,the tiles may
differ slightly in height. To compensate for any height vari-
ations, silicone spacers may be inserted (150 -
Ŏ
g. 4-9) without
affecting the aesthetic appearance of the stove.
• Replace the rear panel (27).
ASSEMBLING THE UPPER FRONT PANEL ANDE/
FUJI (
Ŏ
g. 10-11)
• Extract the cast iron upper grille (19), by pulling it upwards,
and position the upper front panel (72) against the metallic
front panel support (12) located above the door.
• Use an Allen key to fasten the front panel in place using
the 2 supplied M6x25 screws (the door must be opened before
performing this operation).
NOTE:
In order to correctly install the upper front panel (72), the
supplied bushing must be positioned between it and the
metallic front panel (12), as indicated in detail “Z” (

g. 11).
ASSEMBLING THE LOWER FRONT PANEL ANDE/
FUJI (
Ŏ
g. 10-12)
• Position the lower front panel (72) and use an Allen key
to fasten it in place using the 2 supplied M6x12 screws
as indicated in detail “X” (
Ŏ
g. 12).
