7. Don’t  run  the  cord  under  carpeting.  Don’t  cover  the  cord  with  throw  rugs,  runners  or

8. Turn off all controls before unplugging. Remove the plug from the outlet when not in use

for long periods of time. To avoid a tripping hazard, safely coil the cord.

9. Don’t insert or allow foreign objects to enter the inlet grill. Don’t block the opening. Keep

free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce airflow as this may cause an electric
shock or fire, or damage the tower.

10. Don’t use the tower outdoors, on construction sites or on wet surfaces. The tower is not

tower where it may fall into a bath or other water container. Do not use or store where it

11. Don’t immerse the tower, its power cord or plug it into water or other liquids.
12. Use of extension cords aren’t recommended.
13. Don’t use in conjunction with or directly next to an air freshener or similar products.
14. Don’t use any cleaning agent or lubricants on this tower (see page - 7 -). Unplug before

cleaning, carrying and performing any maintenance.

15. Do not use on soft surfaces, such as a bed, where air inlet may become blocked.
16. When  performing  filter  maintenance,  do  not  force  the  filter  to  dry  using  alternative

methods. Doing so could damage the filter.

17. Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
