parameters for critical voltages, temperatures and fan speeds.

Smart Fan Function
CPU Smart Fan/System Smart Fan/System Smart Fan2 Control (Enabled)
These items enable you to define the CPU smart fun/system smart fan/system smart
fan2 by smartly adjusting the CPU smart fan/system smart fan/system smart fan2.
When it is set at certain temperature, the CPU smart fan/system smart fan/system
smart fan2 PWM value will change accordingly.
