1. Peel the fruit and vegetables, taking out the core or stone if
necessary, and cut them into small pieces.
2. Place them inside the jug (see Fig. 6). It is often necessary
to add a certain amount of water in order to help the
appliance to operate correctly. The ratio of fruit or vegetables
to water is 2:3. The total volume of mixture must not exceed
the maximum level indicated on the jug.
