Improper
use
of
the
machine
or
operation
by
untrained/unqualified
personnel;
Use

contrast
with
specific
standards
and
legislation;
Fuel
supply
defects;
Serious
deficiencies
in
maintenance;
Unauthorised
modifications
or
service
procedures;
Use
of
non
original
spare
parts
or
ones
not
specifically
for
the
model
of
the
machine
Total
or
partial
lack
of
compliance
with
the
instructions;
Extraordinary
events.
9.1
CONSERVATION
OF
THE
INSTRUCTION
MANUAL
This
instruction
manual
is
to
be
conserved
carefully
and
shall
accompany
the
machine
in
every
change
of
hands
that
the
machine
might
undertake
during
its
service
life.
Conservation
of
the
manual
will
be
facilitated
by
careful
handling,
with
clean
hands
and
not
laying
it
down
on
soiled
surfaces.
Its
parts
should
not
be
arbitrarily
changed,
torn
out
or
removed.
The
manual
should
be
filed
in
a
place
protected
against
humidity
and
heat
and
in
the
vicinity
of
the
machine
to
which
it
refers.
If
the
manual
should
be
damaged
or
rendered
unusable
in
any
way,
the
user
may
contact
the
manufacturer
to
request
an
additional
copy

9.2
INSTRUCTION
MANUAL
UPDATING
METHODS
ECOTECH
ITALIA
reserves
the
right
to
change
the
design
in
order
to
improve
the
machine
without
giving
notice
to
customers,
and
without
updating
the
manuals
already
delivered
to
end
users.
Therefore,
in
case
of
changes
to
machines
installed
in
the
customer's
premises,
as
agreed
to
with
the
manufacturer
and
that
bring
about
changes
to
one
or
more
chapters
of
the
Instruction
Manual,
it
will
be
the
manufacturer's
responsibility
to
send
the
owners
of
the
Instruction
Manuals
involved
in
the
changes,
with
a
new
revised
version
of
the
same.
It
is
the
end
user's
responsibility,
following
the
indications
that
accompany
the
updated
documentation,
to
replace
in
all
of
the
copies
in
their
possession
the
old
chapters
with
the
new,
the
introductory
page
and
the
table
of
contents
with
the
new
revision.
ECOTECH
ITALIA
is
responsible
for
the
descriptions
given
in
the
Italian
language;
any
translations
cannot
be
fully
verified,
therefore,
if
an
incongruence
were
to
take
place,
it
is
necessary
to
refer
to
the
Italian
language
version
and
if
necessary

offices,
which
will
provide
for
any

the
presence

an
exposed

health
and
safety
of
that
person.
RISK
:
A
combination
of
the
probabilities
and
the
seriousness
of
an
injury
or
of
damage
to
the
health
and
safety
that
could
arise
from
a
dangerous
situation;
HOUSING
:
An
element
of
the
machine
used
specifically
for
ensuring
protection
by
way
of
a
solid
barrier;
SAFETY
DEVICE
:
A
device
(different
from
a
housing)

PERSON:
Any
person
who
is
completely

OPERATOR:
This
is
to

understood
as
the
person
or
persons
who
have
been
assigned
to
install,
operate,
adjust,
clean,
repair
and
handle
a
machine
and
carry
out
its
maintenance;
QUALIFIED
PERSONNEL
or
QUALIFIED
OPERATOR
This
is
to
be
understood
as
the
person
or
persons
who
have
undertaken
a
specialised
course
or
training,
etc.,
and
who
possess
experience
in
regard
to
the
installation,
commissioning
and
maintenance,
the
repair
or
transport
of
the
machine.
MAN
‐
MACHINE
INTERACTION
:
Any
situation
in
which
the
operator
interacts
with
the
machine
during
any
operational
phase
at
any
moment
in
the
service
life
of
the
latter;
