3.
You will need the following tools: pencil, hammer, spirit level, screwdriver, cross-head spanner suitable for M6

Installation:
The Thermostrip is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting. The instructions below apply to both types of installation.
IMPORTANT:
The heater must be installed at least
2.1

0m
m from adjacent walls and
(if wall mounted) orientated so it is horizontally level with the control panel on the left. In all cases, the heater must
be positioned at a height where it cannot be touched during operation.
1.
First drill two holes for the brackets in the wall or ceiling. The holes must be
113
8
mm apart and at least 700mm
from adjoining walls.
2.
Insert the 2 Expansion Bolts into the holes. Use a spanner to twist the Screw Nuts on the Expansion Bolts
clockwise till they are securely located in the holes. Unscrew the Screw Nuts and put them aside with the Washers
and Spring Washers for further use later.
3.
Fit the Upper L Brackets onto the wall or ceiling. Repeat the following process for each bracket. Put the bracket on
the wall, letting the Expansion Bolt go through the holes on the Upper L Bracket. Fix in place with Washers, Spring
Washers and Screw Nut mentioned above.
4.
Fit the Lower L Brackets onto the rear side of the heater. Repeat the following process for each bracket. Put Lower
L Bracket onto the rear side of the heater. Use two M6*8 Screws to fix them in place, tightening up with the
provided Allen Key.
5.
Fit the Upper L Brackets onto the Lower L Brackets. Screw each pair of brackets tightly together with a M6*16
Screw. For wall-mounted installation, make sure the control box is on the left side.
6.
Loose the M6*16 Screws to adjust the heater to the desired angle. The brackets offer an adjustable angle of up to
30°. When you have your desired angle, tighten the M6*16 Screws.
