. Place the boat on the cart so that the weight is
slightly forward of center. See image 8.

. Retract the kickstand for transport. See image 10.

Forward of
center
. As the weight of the boat is lowered, the cart
will shift position and the kickstand will be
elevated for easy access. See image 9.

. Dress the free end of Strap #1 up and through
the buckle of Strap #2. Pull the free end to
tighten the cart to the boat. See image 11.

. Pull the free end until the knot is tight.

. Using Strap #1, dress the free end of the strap
around the frame tube and through the loop.

around the opposite frame tube and through the
loop. Pull the buckle end until the knot is tight.

so that when the boat is loaded, the straps
will be out of the way. See image 7.
