In case the grind is
a.
too coarse, turn the grind level adjuster clockwise (numbers on the scale are getting smaller).
b.
too fine, turn the grind level adjuster counter-clockwise (numbers on the scale are getting larger).

Please use only small steps in adjusting the grind; only ½ turn of the adjuster.
5 GRINDING & PROGRAMMING
5.1 Fixating the portafilter and adjusting the height
During grinding, the portafilter can be comfortably rested on the
portafilter bracket. The bracket can be adjusted for different
portafilter heights by loosening both Allen screws with an Allen
wrench (2.5mm).
5.2 Programming the individual portions
Programming the grinding time for the coffee beans takes place via the display.
The time for a
single shot
(one portion) is programmed in menu item
t1
.
The time for a
double shot
(two portions) is programmed in menu item
t2
.
Press
+
and
−
simultaneously until ‘t1’ appears on the display.
Grind becomes
finer.
