Adjustment of Operating Temperature

WARNING

Dangerous voltages are present during this test.  Use extreme
caution.

SETUP CONDITIONS

1.  Turn the vaporizer power on.

2.  Do not start the vaporizer.

3.  Set the meter to DC volts and put the negative lead on TP7.

“OFF” TEMPERATURE ADJUTSMENT

To adjust the "

OFF"

temperature, put the positive meter lead on

TP3 and adjust R7 for 0.95 VDC ( 95°C ).

This reading must always be higher than the reading at TP4.

NOTE

Clockwise rotation increases temperature setting.

“ON” TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT

To adjust "

ON"

temperature, put the positive meter lead on TP4

and adjust R8 for 0.90 VDC ( 90°C ).

CORE TEMPERATURE MONITORING

Put the positive meter lead on TP1 and turn the vaporizer on.
The heaters should turn off and on at the set temperatures as
measured here.  Observe the heat "

ON"

 lamp on the control

board or on the control box.
