The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle, is 

intended  to  alert  the  user  to  the  presence  of  uninsulated  “ dangerous 

voltage”  within the product’s enclosure that 

may be of sufficient magnitude

the literature accompanying the appliance.
