The table contains all message texts and their possible cause. Each message text has a priority that can be
set in the Alarm Priorities screen (menu 6-5).

Hardware error
4 EEPROM error A chip for saving the configuration is
defective or the configuration data in the
EEPROM are not plausible. Save parameters using the LDSWin
software, possibly initiate first start and
restore parameters using LDSWin. Please
contact Customer Service if the error still
occurs
6 Flash Fault The flash memory module is defective. Please contact Customer Service - replace
device
8 RTC error The real-time clock is defective. Please contact Customer Service - replace
device
10 Battery Voltage The battery for the real-time clock and RAM
backup is discharged. Replace battery (see chapter Installation
and Startup of UA 4xx E )

50 First Start The case controller has performed a first
start (loading of the default settings / sensor
scan) –
51 Power Failure Restart of the controller after a power
failure. Check 230 V power supply
120 Low temp. zone 1 Lower limit value at the monitored control
sensors in Zone 1 undercut Check parametrisation, sensors,
installation
121 Low temp. zone 2 Lower limit value at the monitored control
sensors in Zone 2 undercut Check parametrisation, sensors,
installation
122 High temp. zone 1 Upper limit value at the monitored control
sensors in Zone 1 exceeded Check parametrisation, sensors,
installation
123 High temp. zone 2 Upper limit value at the monitored control
sensors in Zone 2 exceeded Check parametrisation, sensors,

124 Cold room door open
Cold room door Z1/Z2 The cold room door or cold room door Z1 or
Z2 is opened beyond the alarm time; only
for cold room controllers. Close door, check door switch or
