DVR-350-SR-CAB - For DVR-350 range

If using the DVR-350-SR then this should be connected at this time using the following instructions.
The DVR-350-SR adds the following functions to the DVR-350:

2 x RS232 inputs

2 x RS485 inputs

1 x 5v output
