INSTALLATION
1. Unscrew the nut that attaches the propeller from the motor shaft by turning it
clockwise
.
2. Continue by unscrewing the nut that attaches the back screen by turning it
counter-clockwise
.
3. Place the back screen against the front screen of the motor with the handle facing upward. Make sure the
guide pins of the motor cover are properly inserted into the screen holes.
4. Screw the nut for attaching the back screen fi rmly by turning it
clockwise
.
5. Remove the plastic protector from the shaft.
6. Place the propeller on the motor shaft by carefully sliding it on the guiding pin of the motor shaft.
7. Screw the nut for attaching the propeller to the motor shaft by rotating it
counter-clockwise
and
tighten fi rmly.
8. Attach the front screen to the back screen. Insert the screws in the holes of the ring and screw nuts on to
these. Do not tighten the nuts completely at this time.
9. Move the screen pins so they fall into place.
10. Finally, tighten the small screws.

Note:
You may register radio interference while switching fan speeds, this eff ect is normal for this kind of
product.
Base installation
This fan includes a shaped base, which must be installed prior to using the fan for the fi rst time. The shaped
base comes with 3 screws (in a small bag taped to the bottom side of the shaped base).
Remove the bag of screws and place the shaped base on the base pins and snap on. Make sure the shaped
base is secured by the pins on the fan base and screw the 3 included screws into the holes in the middle of
the base. Do not tighten the screws too tightly.
HEAT PROTECTION
Heat protection is activated if an actuating unit is overloaded. The fan switches off automatically. In this case,
refer to a professional service centre.
