Fast freezing mode
Purpose
•
Freeze large amounts of food that will not fi t in the freezer compartment.
•
Freeze prepared food.
•
Freeze fresh food quickly to keep it fresh.
Operating instructions
To activate the quick freeze mode, keep the freezer temperature setting button pressed for 3
seconds. When quick freezing is set, the display will light up the freezer compartment symbol and
you will hear a beep to confi rm that the mode is switched on.
During quick freeze mode:
•
The cooling compartment temperature can be set. In this case, the super freezing mode continues.
•
You can not select the Energy Saving mode.
•
Quick freeze mode can be canceled in the same way as you set it.
Notes:
•
The maximum quantity of fresh food (in kg) that can be frozen within 24 hours is indicated on the label of
the appliance.
•
For optimum performance of the appliance and maximum capacity of the freezer compartment, put the
appliance in maximum freezing mode 3 hours before storing fresh food.
•
Fast freeze mode is automatically cancelled after 24 hours, or when the temperature on the freezer
compartment meter drops below -32 °C.
Note concerning the temperature setting
•
Your temperature setting will not be deleted by a power outage.
•
We do not recommend using the refrigerator in an environment where the temperature is below 10 °C.
•
The temperature setting should be done according to the door opening frequency and the quantity of
food stored in the refrigerator.
•
Your refrigerator must operate for 24 hours at a given ambient temperature without interruption to allow
total cooling. Do not open the refrigerator door frequently and do not put too much food into it at this
time.
•
The 5 minutes delay function is used to prevent damage to the refrigerator compressor when you unplug
the cable and then reconnect it or when a power failure occurs. Your refrigerator starts working normally
after 5 minutes.
•
Your refrigerator is designed to operate at the intervals specifi ed in the standards, in accordance with the
class indicated on the information plate. We do not recommend starting your refrigerator outside the
stated limits, so that you can achieve eff ective cooling.
•
This appliance is designed for use in the ambient temperature between 10 °C and 43 °C.

•
The box is used to store foods to which
you need easy access.
Box removal
•
Slide the box out as far as it will go.
•
Lift and slide the front part of the box.
Perform the procedure in reverse when
resetting.
