insulation cap (16)
over the plate heat exchanger.

Place one gasket onto each of the union nuts on the
reinforced hoses (17)

Secure the two
reinforced hoses with insulation (17)
to the connections of
the plate heat exchanger and connect them to the Q-Heat Distributor and the
storage tank.
The reinforced hoses prevent movements in the system from being
transferred to the BW4+ and thus from causing damage to the BW4+.
■
Unscrew the union nuts from the connection on the exhaust flange and the
safety circuit.
■
Slide the union nuts onto the
vacuum hose (19)
and screw it to the two con-
nections.
