Removes the specified authenticated device from the Bluetooth pairing list

param: Bluetooth device address
For Example:
Delete the device with Bluetooth address 11: 22: 33: 44: 55: 66 from the pairing list. The input Bluetooth address cannot
be zero, otherwise the command format is wrong.
Command: AT + RMSAD = 11: 22: 33: 44: 55: 66
Answer: OK—Successfully deleted
Or FAIL—No Bluetooth device with address 11: 22: 33: 44: 55: 66 exists in the pairing list
