MONITOR INPUT - This input is useful
for using the EBS-150 DROME as a
monitor or simply to mix in selected
external sound sources, such as tape, DAT
or CD units. This signal is controlled by
the MONITOR knob on the front.
This input is in stereo which makes it
ideal for headphones practicing, and if
you wish to monitor a mono signal in both
channels, connect the signal source to the
left input.
Note: The monitor signal is never present
at the balanced output.

BASS ERASER - The EBS-150 Drome is
equipped with a special developed filter
for cutting the bass information on the
monitor inputs.
This has the advantage e.g. when
playing along with a fullrange signal
when you wish to fill in the bass with the
instrument.
The Bass Eraser has two options, fine
(1) and course setting (2), which are set
with DIP-switches no 6 and 5 respectively.
To activate this option, put the DIP-
switches in the lower position.
MONITOR INPUT - Med hjälp av den
här ingången kan du använda EBS-150
Drome som monitor, eller ansluta yttre
ljudkällor från t.ex. bandspelare, DAT eller
CD. Styrkan regleras med MONITOR
kontrollen på frontpanelen.

vill lyssna på en monosignal i båda
kanalerna, anslut signalkällan till vänster
ingång (Left).

BASS ERASER - EBS 150-Drome är
utrustad med ett specialutvecklat filter för
att ta bort basinformationen från monitor
ingångarna.
Den här funktionen är användbar när du
t.ex. spelar med monitor och vill fylla i
basinformationen från en fullrangesignal
med instrumentet.
Bass Eraser har
två
inställnings-
möjligheter, fin (1) och grov inställning
(2), som ställs in med DIP-omkopplare 6
repektive 5. För att aktivera de här
funktionerna, ställ omkopplarna i nerfällt
läge.
CHARACTER - The EBS-150 Drome
provides an overall mode switch which
makes it possible to choose either solid state
operation, outer position, or tube simulation
action, inner position.
In the outer position, the high end is
slightly enhanced while maintaining the
full dynamic range of the combo.
In the inner position, the tube simulator
is activated over the compressor section,
after the filter section, which generated
extra harmonic overtones, and in the same
time the overall sound character of the
combo is compressed and tighter.
CHARACTER - EBS-150 Drome är
försedd med en omkopplare character,
som bestämmer grundljudkaraktären på
kombon. I det yttre läget ges ett typiskt
solid-state sound, och i det inre läget
aktiveras rörsimulatorn.
I det yttre läget förstärks diskanten
något, medan dynamiken hälls uppe till ett
maximum i kombon.
I det inre läget aktiveras rörsimulatorn
som arbetar över kompressorn, efter
filterdelen. Rörsimulatorn genererar
harmoniska övertoner samtidigt som
helheltsljudbilden blir något komprimerad
och tightare.
