6 FAULTS
6.1 FIRST-LINE SUPPORT
In case of a fault, please use the service manual to detect less complex
faults.
- IMPORTANT -
In case of a failure, please detect the fault before
contacting EBO van Weel. The urgency can be determined.
If the urgency is critical, it is not allowed to use the
machine until the problem is solved.
- IMPORTANT -
Contact EBO van Weel if you frequently receive the same
faults.
6.2 EBO VAN WEEL SUPPORT
If you are unable to solve the problems with help of the service manual,
please contact EBO van Weel support. This may be desirable to solve
the complex problems of the machine. This could be done on location if
possible. Faults can be reported by calling +31 (0)10 501 5866 from
Monday until Friday (7:30 / 18:00).
