Troubleshooting 

 

Symptom 

Check Points 

Detail Steps 

NO POWER 

1. Power cord 
2. Power Supply 
3. Power button 
cable 
4. A/D board 

1. Check Power Cord is well plugged or not     
2. If yes to item 1, check power supply LED is on 
with green light.   
3. If yes to item2, check power cord to M/B well 
connected or not.   
4. If yes to item 3, replace with another power 
cord for testing   
5. If fail, open rear cover, remove inverter cable 
on A/D board , check power button cable to M/B 
well connected.   
6. If yes to item 5, unplug power cord; reconnect 
power cold after 1 minute. Check if LED on front 
cover (Upper Left) is on. 
7. If LED is on, replace with another power button 
cable for testing. 
8. If LED is not on, replace with another A/D 
board for testing 
9. If fail, System RMA to your dealer 

LCD Blank 

1. Inverter Cable     
2. Inverter to LCD     
cable   
3. A/D board to LCD   
cable   
4. Inverter Board   
5. A/D Board 

1. Shut Down Power,     
2. Open rear cover, check if inverter cable well 
connected    between A/D board and inverter 
board   
3. If yes, replace with another inverter cable for 
testing   
4. If fail, check if LCD cable well connected with 
inverter board.   
5. If yes, replace with another LCD cable for 
testing.   
6. If fail, check if LCD signal cable well connected 
on A/D board.   
7. If yes, replace with another LCD signal cable 
for testing 
8. If fail, replace with another inverter board for 
testing 
9. If fail, replace with another A/D board for 
testing 
10. If fail, System RMA to your dealer
