4. Troubleshooting
If the e-bike doesn't work:
● Make sure the support level is min. 1
● Make sure the battery is charged
● Make sure the battery is correctly mounted
● Make sure the PAS sensor is in the right position and not bend (the red sensor needs to be
1-4mm away from the turning magnet disc)
● Make sure all cables and connectors are fitted correctly
● Make sure the brakes are not pulled or defect
Display:
If the display shows an error code, please refer to the display manuals at the end of this
manual.
PAS Sensor:
Check if the sensor on the bottom bracket is still in the right position and the magnet
disc is moving past the sensor with a distance of max. 5 mm while pedaling
Battery:
Is the battery charged? What does the battery indicator on the battery show? Is the battery
charging slot okay? Does the charging work/show first a red then a green light on the charger?
Motor:
Are the motor cable and plug okay? Is the motor and the torque washer mount correctly? Does
the motor make strange sounds while freewheeling?
