IV. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Always disconnect the device from the power socket before cleaning.
•
Never use chemical cleaners, organic solvents or corrosive abrasive liquids or materials for cleaning.
Cleaning the water tank
•
The water tank should be cleaned regularly every two or three weeks.
•
Before cleaning, pour out all the water remaining from the operation of the machine from the tank.
•
Rinse the tank with clean warm water at a temperature no higher than 40° C.
•
Allow the tank to dry completely.
•
Check that no sediment or other impurities remain in the tank.
•
When the tank is clean and dry, it can be reinstalled on the base of the humidifier.
Cleaning the ceramic membrane
•
Use only a soft cloth to clean the ceramic membrane. Never touch it with sharp or hard objects!
Cleaning the outer surface
•
Wipe the outside of the humidifier with a soft cloth.
•
Rinse the steam nozzle under running water.
•
Before re-assembling the device, wait until every element of the device is completely dry.
V. STORAGE
•
Before preparing for storage, make sure that the device is disconnected from the power source.
•
Before packing the machine in the box for storage, follow all the steps in the „CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE” chapter.
•
The washed and dried device should be placed in its original packaging and stored in a dry place.
VI. TROUBLESHOOTING
Description of the problem

The humidifier does not turn on,

outlet and turn on the device.

humidifier is operating

First start of the humidifier.

tank.

Pour out the water, rinse
the tank, pour clean water.

Pour out the water, clean
and dry the tank, and let
it air out for a minimum
of 12 hours. Then pour in
clean water.
The display screen is on, but
no steam is coming out of the
nozzle.
No water in the tank or too
much water in the tank.
If you find that there is no water,
fill the tank. If you find that the
water level in the tank is too
high, please drain some water.
