1. The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
2. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
3. Use fan only for intended use, as described in instruction manual.
4. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse unit, plug, or cord in water or spray with
liquids.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, when moving fan from one location to another, before
putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
7. Never insert fingers, pencils or any other objects through the grille when fan is running.
8. Disconnect fan before cleaning.
9. Make sure fan is on a stable surface when operating to avoid chance of overturning.
10. Do not use fan in a window. Rain may cause an electrical hazard.
11. Do not operate in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
12. Do not place the fan near an open flame, near heating devices and other heat sources.
13. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the appliance malfunctions
or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
14. Do not let cord hang over table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
15. To disconnect the fan from the power supply, grasp the plug and pull it out of the socket.
Never pull the cord.
16. Always use on a dry surface.
17. Do not use the fan near curtains, tablecloths, blankets, plants, etc.
18. During the first few minutes of initial use, a slight odor may be noticeable. This is normal and
will quickly disappear.
19. Do not start the fan when the impeller guard is not properly and securely mounted.
20. Do not cover the fun during operation.
21. Do not leave the fan unit unsupervised during operation.

POWER CORD SAFETY TIPS:
1. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
2. Never pull or tug the cord or shake the device.
3. To insert the plug, grasp it firmly and insert it into the socket.
4. To disconnect the device from the power supply, first turn it off, then grasp the plug and pull
it out of the socket.
5. Check the power cord for cuts and / or abrasion before each use. If these are found, it means
that the device should be serviced and the power cord replaced. Please return it to an
authorized service center.
6. Never wrap the cord around the device, as this may cause it to fray and crack or wipe.
