Simplex Panel (ESSIMTP3)
The Oil Smart
®
System incorporates pump controls and alarm sensors that differentiate
between oil and water, allowing companies to responsibly discharge the water without
worrying about contamination. Installation of the Simplex Panel keeps companies
in compliance with Elevator Code ASME A17.1 and State/Federal regulations while
reducing the risk of adverse publicity, fines and expensive cleanup costs.

• Indoor/Outdoor NEMA 4X Heavy Duty Polycarbonate Enclosure: 16‰x14‰x7‰, Color
Gray Material 94V-2, Polycarbonate, IP-56 Rating
• Voltage: 208/240/480 VAC Three Phase, operates pumps up to 3HP @ 208/240V or
7.5HP @ 480V. Multi-Tap transformer (208/240/480VAC Primary) provides 120V
control power for the Smart Board.
• CSA International Certified No. 229294
• External Mounting Feet: Quick Installation.
• High Liquid Alarm with Test and Silence Features, Red Beacon Alarm Light, White
Light for Water Present, Yellow Light for Oil Present, High 85 Decibel Audible Alarm.
Complete Dry Contacts for Each Alarm Condition.
• Total Pump Protection: Adjustable, Overload Protection, No Load Lockout Protection,
Pump Fault Signal and auxiliary contacts including Red Light pump lockout.
• HOA Switches and Green Lights for Pump Run
All installations must be in accordance with the National
Electrical Code, and any other applicable state and local
electrical requirements.
