Reporting

- Test ride by a technician followed by one last visual inspection.

- Always report any service tickets to your fleet manager straight away so they can be fixed! Failure to 

maintain the cargo bike could cause future maintenance issues. 

- Any major concerns should be reported to EAV Customer Service or your local approved mechanic 

straight away and we will send out a Service Technician to your location at a convenient time to you as 

soon as possible.

The EAV should be stored in a 

warm and dry 

environment.

The EAV should be wiped dry before storage, particularly if the vehicle has been used

in salty conditions or is to be stored for a long period of time.
