Service Engineer, or the warranty terms specified on the product's resources page

for details. This service is offered as part of the sales
contract for the Eaton xStorage 400. Contact an Eaton service representative in advance
(a minimum two-week notice is required) to reserve a preferred startup date.

The final step in installing the Eaton xStorage 400 is completing the following Installation Checklist. This
checklist ensures that you have completely installed all hardware, cables, and other equipment. Complete all
items listed on the checklist to ensure a smooth installation. Make a copy of the Installation Checklist before
filling it out, and retain the original.
After the installation is complete, an Eaton Customer Service Engineer must verify the operation of the
xStorage 400 system and commission it. Service personnel may request a copy of the completed Installation
Checklist to verify all applicable equipment installations have been completed.
NOTE
The Installation Checklist MUST be completed prior to starting the xStorage 400 system
for the first time.

All packing materials and restraints have been removed from the cabinet.

The xStorage 400 is installed on a level concrete pad.
o
The xStorage 400 is placed in its installed location.
o
All conduits and cables are properly routed.
o
All power cables are properly sized and terminated.
o
A ground conductor is properly installed.
o
Thermal Sensor signal wiring is connected.
o
Hydrogen Sensor signal wiring is connected.
o
All internal safety shields are installed.
o
HVAC equipment is installed.
o
The area around the xStorage 400 system is clean and free of packing material and debris.
o
Adequate workspace exists around the xStorage 400.
o
Startup and operational checks are performed by an authorized Eaton Customer Service Engineer.
