Chapter 12 Firmware Updates
You can download firmware updates from www.eaton.com/pxg .
1. Make sure that you save the update to a known location on your
computer.
NOTICE: The firmware files have the format “*.rom.” The “*”
stands for the firmware revision number.
2. Click on the UPDATE PXG FIRMWARE link (Figure 159, A) in the toolbar
of the PXG200E configuration web page.

3. Click on the BROWSE button (Figure 159, B) and use the “Choose File”
dialog box to locate the firmware file you downloaded.
4. Click OK in the “Choose File” dialog box and the file name and location
will appear in the “Filename: *.rom” field
(Figure 159, C) .
5. Click on the START UPLOAD button (Figure 159, D) .
6. During the firmware upload, the message “Updating Firmware...” will
appear. A typical message is shown
