Without a CAM module Communications

Check to see if +24 Vdc supply is connected
to CAM module and within regulation.
Check all wiring to CAM module
When View Set Time is selected display
message reads “Time Not Valid”
Real Time Clock is not programed
Go in to the program settings menu and set
the clock
When View Set PGM Transfer is selected
display message reads “CAM Upload”
and “CAM Download” in a light gray and
neither can be selected.
No CAM module is connected
Without a CAM module Downloading or
Uploading of setpoints is not possible.
CAM module is connected
Check to see if +24 Vdc supply is connected
to CAM module and within regulation.
Check all wiring to CAM module
Display shows “Diagnostic Warning #x
Alarm” There are several x numbers
corresponding to different diagnostic
checks.
Internal trip unit check may have detected
excessive noise, EMC interference,
harmonics or one of the diagnostic checks
did not pass.
Press and hold Reset button on front of trip
unit for 2 seconds. If display is cleared
and does not return after 5 minutes the
issue was transient. If the display message
returns after reset, check with your Eaton
representative for factory assistance.
