Note:  After  UPS  power  on,  all  LEDs  will  be  lightened  for  2  seconds,  and 
then  turn  to  normal  status.    When  UPS  is  turning  on,  4  LEDs  will  be 
lightened one by one until the UPS is turned on successfully.
