The installation

Please turn off your SmartPad.
Please also get sure that the charger is
NOT PLUGED IN
the SmartPad.
Please press the
volume button "+"
on the SmartPad and hold it while connecting the device
with the USB cable to the PC. After that please plug in the charger too (while you are still holding the
volume button "+"
). After connecting the device and the charger, please release the
button.
Now, this window appears on the PC:
(Illustration is similar to english version)
Please select "No, not this time"
and click the next-button to continue.
