Thank you for purchasing the Duo Salt and Pepper Mill.
INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
• Remove the battery cover by gently holding the battery compartment twist the cover in an anti-
clockwise motion to release it
• Insert 6 x AA batteries (not included), please observe the correct polarity
• Replace the battery cover by gently pushing down and turning in a clockwise motion to secure it
in place
FILLING THE MILL
• Gently twist the battery compartment from the mill in an anti-clockwise motion to separate the
two parts
• Fill the half marked ‘P’ with pepper and the other half marked ‘S’ with salt
• Align the centre peg in the mill with the battery compartment and twist in a clockwise motion
until the two parts lock into place
• The salt and pepper mill can now be easily operated by pressing the S button on the battery
compartment for salt and P for pepper.

In order to adjust the size of the salt or
pepper from fine to coarse simply turn
the screw at the base of the grinder
by hand clockwise for a finer grain or
anti-clockwise for a more coarse grain.
Please take care when adjusting this
screw, it is recommended you remove
the batteries prior to adjusting this part.
