If you suspect a battery has been swallowed, seek immediate medical advice.

Battery Safety Precautions

1.  Please note that the battery must be inserted with the correct polarity (+ and -), as indicated on the battery.

2.  Do not short circuit the battery.

3.  Do not use rechargeable batteries.

4.  Remove spent batteries from the device immediately and dispose responsibly.

5.  Do not apply heat to the batteries.

6.  Do not directly weld or solder the batteries.

7.  Do not dismantle the batteries.

8.  Do not bend the batteries!

9.  Do not put the batteries into fire!

10.  Keep batteries out of the reach of children.

11.  Do not allow children to replace batteries unsupervised!

12.  Do not store batteries near fire, ovens or other sources of heat. Neither place batteries in direct sunlight, nor use 

nor store them in vehicles in hot weather.

13.  Keep new batteries in their original packaging and away from metal objects. Do not mix up loose batteries! This 

can lead to battery shorting and thereby to damage, burns or even fire.

14.  Remove batteries from the device when it is not being used for extended periods of time.

15.  Never touch leaking batteries without taking the corresponding precautions. If leaked liquid comes into contact 

with the skin, the affected area of skin must be immediately washed with running water. Battery fluid should on 

no occasion come into contact with the eyes and mouth. If this occurs, please contact a doctor immediately.

16.  Clean the contacts on the battery and also the connectors on the device with a dry cloth.

17.  Remove the batteries from the disposing of the device.
