STANDARD COOKING ACCESSORIES

1. The HIGH RACK: Grilling and toasting

Eg; Grill steak, chops,
HINT: The high rack can be turned over and used as a low rack.

2. The MEDIUM RACK: Baking

Eg; Baking scones, muffins, biscuits, frozen meals, chips, pies etc.
Hint: The medium rack can also be used as a stand for resting your lid
top.

3. The LOW RACK: Roasting and baking

Eg; Roasting meats and baking cakes.
