Troubleshooting
Do not open the housing of the bathroom scale;
instead, have qualified professionals perform the
repairs. Contact a qualified workshop for this. Liability
and warranty claims are waived in the event of
repairs performed by the user or incorrect operation.
Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix yourself. To
do so, follow the instructions in the following table. If it is still not possible to
resolve the problem, contact customer service. Do not repair the bathroom
scale yourself.

The bathroom scale
does not turn on.
The battery was
incorrectly inserted or
not inserted at all or the
battery is empty.
Change the battery
(see chapter “Changing
the battery”).
The insulating strip in the
battery compartment has
not yet been removed.
Pull the tab on the
insulating strip to
remove it from the
battery compartment.
The message “Lo”
shows on the display.
The battery power is low. Change the battery
(see chapter “Changing
the battery”).
The message “C”
shows on the display.
An error occurs during
measurement.
Step off from the
bathroom scale and try
measuring again.
The message “Err”
shows on the display.
The bathroom scale has
reached its maximum
weight limit.
