8. Warranty
9. Restrictions
Manufacturer offers 90 days of warranty term since the product
has been bought though distributors. For quality defects or after
service please contact local retailer for technical or parts support.
Manufacturer doesn´t offer INTER- CONTINENTAL air delivery
for daily maintenance from end users considering the high freight
expense. So distributor or retailers should report all involved
manufacturing defects or after service to manufacturer within
warrantee term for free replacement. Please be noted manufac-
turer does not offer INTER-CONTINENTAL air delivery for after
service.
The manufacturer does not take the responsibility for free
replacements if

The warranty term has expired
The part (s) have been forcibly damage
Damage has been caused due to negligence / failure to follow
the manual
Disassembly / maintenance has been performed without
professional guidance
The electric Scooter has been operated in / on unsuitable or
unusual conditions e.g. over stairs, overloaded, extreme
actions, etc.
This warranty doesn´t extend to `quick wearing parts´IE: tryes,
brake pads, brake assembly, handlebars
Failure to maintain quick wearing parts will result in further in
damage on other parts thereby voiding the warranty
Total riding kilometers has exceeded 2000 km
