try these first
• If another working system is available, interchange accessories
• Reset the system by turning the power off, then on again
no sound from receiver
• Recharge or replace the transmitter’s batteries
• Check or replace accessory
• Verify that the channel number of the transmitter and the receiver are the same
• Turn up volume
• Clean or check battery contacts
no FM reception
• Recharge or replace batteries
• Verify that the channel number of the transmitter and the receiver are the same
• Check or replace microphone
• Clean or check battery contacts
• Turn on transmitter power switch
weak/distorted sounds
• Check or replace accessory
• Turn up volume
• Check or replace microphone
intermittent sound/static
• Clean headset plug
• Clean microphone plug
• Check or replace microphone
• Clean or check battery contacts
won’t charge
• Recharge or replace batteries
• Check or replace wall transformer
• Clean or check battery contacts
• Check that batteries are inserted properly
