Assembly
Layout 2 - 64” 2x4 Roof Joists

NOTE: Start roof board with joist
at bottom of groove edge. (as is
photo)
Place 1 - 1x6 Roof Board
ID# RB58 on top of roof joist (as is
photo) Letting roof boards
overhang 5” on each side. Install
with 1 - 1½” screws on each side.
Place second - 1x6 Roof Board
ID# RB58T on top of roof joist (as
is photo) Letting roof boards
overhang 5” on each side. Install
with 1 - 1½” screws on each side
as in the first board.
NOTE: this board is
temporary
,
to help hold joists in place while
assembly roof panel.
Measure from corner to corner to
square of box making sure
measurements are the same.
This will square off your wood
roof.
NOTE: Once square you can
install the other 4 - 2” screws into
boards that we left out earlier.
Now install your next 10 roof
boards RB58 with 4 - 1½” screws
in each board (as shown in photo)
Remove top temporary roof
board. Installed earlier.
Place remaining 3 roof boards
installing with 4 - 1½” screws on
each board and placing roof
board RB58T as last roof board.
NOTE: Last roof board will extend
past the roof joist.
