Appliances with illegible serial numbers.

Defects or malfunctions resulting from repairs,
modifications, or dismantling of the appliance installation by
a
technician not authorised by the manufacturer, or as a
result of
manifest non-compliance with the manufacturer's
operating and
maintenance instructions.

During the guarantee period it is essential to keep all
manuals with the equipment. Should any of these be lost, no
claim
may be made for their replacement.

The breakdowns that have their origin or are a direct
or
indirect consequence of: Nuclear reaction or radiation or
radioactive contamination; natural or meteorological
phenomena of
an extraordinary or catastrophic nature
(floods, seismic phenomena or movements, volcanic
eruptions,
hurricanes, storms), events derived from
terrorism, riots, popular
uprisings or tumults, legal or illegal
demonstrations and strikes;
acts of the Armed Forces or the
State Security Forces in times of
peace; armed conflicts and
acts of war (whether declared or not);
vice or defect of
property; acts qualified by the Government of the
Nation as a
"national catastrophe or calamity".
