Question Cause Solution
Low decomposing
efficiency at first
leftover drop.
●Enzyme is not fully activated
when you use new enzyme
material.
The enzyme will be activated
gradually. Normally it needs over
a week.
Some leftovers
are not completely
decomposed
●The size of leftover is larger.
Large piece of food waste
might need more time to be
decomposed. It’s suggested to
chop them smaller.
Low temperature /
Low decomposing
efficiency
●Outside temp is low due to
winter season.
It’s suggested to place the
machine indoors with good
ventilation.
Higher temperature
/ low decomposing
efficiency / higher
moisture
●Air outlet is blocked / filter
needs to be cleaned.
●Fan might be malfunction.
Leftovers are oily.

Compost is too dry in
the tank.
●Daily leftover is not much.
●The machine is not often used.
Please spray clean water about
300-500ml into the tank.
Water is leaking from
the machine.
●Water is added over standard
scale in the tank (Over 2000ml
of clean water).
●Tank is cracked or broken.
Please take some water out.
Please add saw dust into the
tank if water is not that much.

Sound that is made
by hit comes out
when machine is

●There are some bigger lumps
or bones in the tank.

Bad odor happening
●The odor may be from air pipe.
●Too much leftover with
massive water is dropped into
the tank during composting
process.
●Blower might be defective.
●Some food remains that might
have bad odor such raw fish
or sea food.
Place the air pipe at proper
position with good ventilation.
The machine has to be left
for above 5 days until it is dry
condition without dropping food
remains.
Please remove compost for
dumping, and place new compost
materials for another new
process.
Please contact your local service.
200g of coffee grounds will help
to adsorb those bad odors.
Blender broken
●The tank might contain large
hard objects.
●Compost becomes hard due to
heat and moisture over a long
period of treatment.
Please keep compost fluffy.
