4.4.4 Setting the Timers
The most economic way to run an ASHP is to let it run 24hrs a day. It is strongly recommended that
timers are not used.
If it is decided to set the timers, up to 3 per day can be set (3 on and 3 off to correspond to 3 periods; set
points 1,3 and 5 are ‘ON’ and points 2,4 and 6 are ‘OFF’). The timer icon (position 11 above) will only
display if at least one timer is set.
To set the timers:
Press the
key until the control beeps to enter the setting mode. The day icon
MON flashes. Use the ▲ ▼ keys to select the required day and press the
key to confirm. Timer
number 1 icon will then flash. Use the ▲ ▼ keys to select the required timer (1-6), then press
to
confirm. The hour icon will flash:
Press the ▲ ▼ keys to set the required start hour for that timer and press
to confirm. The, minute icon
will then flash. Use the▲ ▼ to set the required start minute for that timer and press the
key to confirm.
The Δ icon at position 15 above will flash:
Use the ▲ ▼ keys to select mode (on or off), then press the
key to confirm. The ‘timer on’ icon will then
flash:
Press the up key and the timer icon will stop flashing if the setting is valid. Press the
key to confirm then
press the down key. If the timer icon disappears, the setting is not valid.
