A. SELECTING A VOICE
Pressthe[VOICE/STYLE]button,itsindicatorlightsup.
ThevoicenumberwillappearontheLEDdisplay.
Selecting a Voice Number
]and[-]buttonsorthenumberbuttonstoselect
the required voice number (01-128). The [+] and [-]buttons
canbeusedtoincrement(incrementbyone)ordecrement
(decrement by one) the currently selected voice number.
Pr]buttonbrieflytoincrementthevalue,orthe[-]
buttontodecrementit.Ifyouh]or[-]buttondown,
will increase or decrease continuously -simply release the
buttonwhenthedesiredvaluehasbeenreached.
Thenumberbuttonsallowdirectnumericentryofthedesired
value,anditisthereforethefastestwaytoeditinmanysitu-
ations.Forexample,toselectavoice,chooseoneofthe128
voices-numbered«01»through«128»-shownontheVOICE
list,thenenteritsnumberusingthenumberbuttons.
Forexample,howtoselect"HARMONICA"(number23):
Firstpress[2]and[3],"23"shouldappearontheLEDdisplay.
Concerning voice number selection from "100" through
"128",holdthe1buttontill"1"isdisplayedinthehundreds
digitarea,priortoenterthetensandunitsdigits.
Valuesoutsidetherangeofvoicenumbercannotbeentered.

Selectvoicenumbersfrom129on.Yourinstrumentfeatures
61differentpercussionsoundsthatcanbeplayedonthe61
rightmostkeysofthekeyboardwhenyouselectthepercus-
sionfunction.
B. SPLIT MODE
Yourkeyboardcanbesplitintotwosections,meaningdiffer-
entvoicescanbeplayedwiththeleftandrighthandsatthe
sametime.Press[SPLIT]button,theSplitindicatorflashes.
Split Point Change
Holdthe[SPLIT]buttondownandsimultaneouslypressany
key between A1 and C9 to select the split point. The Split
indicatorlightsup.Thesplitvoicenumberwillappearonthe
MULTIDISPLAY.
]and[-]buttonsorthenumberbuttonstoselectthe
leftsplitvoice.TherightsplitvoiceisselectedinNORMALmode.
C. TOUCH MODE
PresstheTOUCHbuttontoturntheTouchfunctionONand
OFF. When the touch function is ON, the volume will vary
accordingtothestrengthwithwhichyoupressthekeyson
thekeyboard.
D. SUSTAIN MODE
PresstheSUSTAINbuttontoturnthisfunctionONandOFF.
Whenon,itsindicatorlightsup.Itcanbeusedasasubstitute
foradamperpedal.WhentheSustainfunctionisturnedon,
notesaresustainedafterthekeysarereleased.
E. TUNE MODE
This function makes it possible to tune the pitch of your
instrumenttomatchotherinstruments.
Use the [TUNE+/-] Button to transpose up or down as
required.Thetunerangegoesfrom-64(onesemitonedown),
through0(normalpitch),to63(onesemitoneup).
