１．爪つきジャッキのスライド部は、グリスを塗ってください。
Apply grease to the slide part of the remote toe jack
２． ウエス等に油を染み込ませ、ジャッキ全体を軽く油膜ができるようにすると錆の発生を防
ぐことができます。
Rust can be prevented by soaking a waste cloth with oil so that an oil film can be formed
on the entire jack.
３． 爪つきジャッキをポンプに接続し、爪を最低位置まで下げた状態で、ポンプタンクに油が
規定量入っているか、オイルレベルゲージで確認してください。油量が不足している場合
は、給油口より補給してください。（詳しい油の補給方法についてはご使用のポンプの取
扱説明書を参照ください。）
Connect the jack with toes to the pump, lower the toes to the lowest position, and
check with the oil level gauge whether the pump tank contains the specified amount of
oil. If the amount of oil is insufficient, replenish it from the fuel filler port. (Refer to the
instruction manual of your pump for detailed oil replenishment method.)
４． 作動油は年１回以上交換してください。
Change the hydraulic oil at least once a year.
５． 高圧ホースは日常的に外観状態をチェックしてください。口金や外周からの油漏れ、外周
の凹み・傷・膨らみ等がある場合は、直ちに使用を中止し交換するなどの処置を行ってく
ださい。
Check the appearance of the high pressure hose on a daily basis. If there is oil leakage
from the mouthpiece or the outer circumference, or if there are dents, scratches, or
bulges on the outer circumference, immediately stop using the product and replace it.
６． ジャッキ、ポンプの故障で最大の原因はコンタミです。常に清潔に保ち、外部からの異物
の混入を防いでください。
Contamination is the biggest cause of jack and pump failures. Keep it clean and prevent
foreign matter from entering.
7.
作動油は、一般作動油の ISO VG32 をお使い下さい。リン酸エステル、水－グリコール、
W/O エマルジョン系作動油は使用できません。パッキン劣化および機器の腐食により、本
機が故障します。
For hydraulic oil, use ISO VG32. which is a general hydraulic oil. Phosphate ester, water-
glycol, and W / O emulsion hydraulic oil cannot be used. This machine may break down
due to packing deterioration or equipment corrosion.
