REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC ////////
If the test is interrupted, or the
clamps are not detecting the
battery correctly, the result will
come back as “Clamp connection
failure” and the test must be
performed again.
PDI TEST ////////
To start the Trolley Diagnostic,
select Diagnostic and then select
PDI. Follow the steps in Database
Selection or Manual Selection to
select the vehicle or battery.
***PDI Test can be used for
warranty claims***
If the remote is not connected to
the trolley, connection to trolley will
be attempted.
After vehicle or battery selection is
made, the tool will ask to measure
the temperature of the battery.
***Do NOT point laser at individuals
or reflective objects***
If the clamps are not connected, the
tool will ask to connect the clamps.
